Surrounded by tropical planting and hunkered down to harness every ray of sunshine, the pool is ideally positioned in the gardens to make the most of the sun’s energy throughout the day and reach a comfortable temperature for gentle swimming. At one metre deep for maximum warmth, this is a pool designed for pleasure.
‘Just like the Med but better’
Fancy stretching out on a lounger with a cool drink and a good book? With the sun beating down, birds chattering and the odd honey bee greedily drinking nectar from the flowering shrubs, guests tell us it’s better than the Med.
Take a therapeutic dip
Hot and tired after a long cycle? Back from the beach after being battered by the waves and your surfboard? In the late afternoon, the pool is perfect for a few lengths to ease tired muscles.
